Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Lara Dutta were competitors in the Miss India 2000 pageant, from where Priyanka started her journey in show bussiness. Priyanka believes she would have been an engineer, if her brother hadn’t secretly added her name in the Miss India 2000 Pageant and mailed her soft focus Photographs. 17 year old Priyanka met Lara Dutta in that competition and a sweet friendship took roots then.
Priyanka met with Lara in London, and spent time with Lara and daughter Saira. Sharing a photo Priyanka rejoiced that she and Lara were celebrating 21 years of friendship. Bonds formed in times of struggle are often stronger and meaningful than others, She and Lara met at the very starting of their careers and forged a strong bond. Photo shows Priyanka and Lara sitting cozily with each other while little Saira is squished between the two.
Sharing the photo on the social media platform, Priyanka penned, “21 years and counting.. friendships that can pick up at any given time… @larabhupathi and her most shining star. And a new CBC reality show, The Activist, premiering in October, Priyanka Chopra will be seen hosting besides Usher and Julianne Hough. And Lara Dutta is exploring new roles, she was recently seen in Bell Bottom with Akshay Kumar, the movie recieved good response from audience.
Both actresses are doing interesting works in the film industry, Priyanka is also going to star in a Bollywood film with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
