Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death has evoked fire against nepotism in the film industry. Netizens and few stars from the industry have opened up about the struggles of outsiders and nepotism being a hurdle in their path. Following this there is a demand on social media to boycott star kids and their projects. Now, according to the reports Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan’s much-delayed film Coolie No. 1 is also said to be hitting the OTT platforms soon, thus, once again there is a request from netizens to all the people to boycott the film. The request is being taken seriously as evident from the social media platforms. Twitter is flooded with all sorts of boycotting messages which are trending on top today.
Although there is no official confirmation on the film to be released on OTT platform, but, the trolls have already targeted the film as the lead cast of the film are star kids. “#CoolieNo1” began to trend on top along with some tweets which mentioned Varun Dhawan’s recent motive to support SSR’s death case to have CBI probe was only to get success forCoolie No1. Some users also shared funny memes speaking about boycotting the film.
