Ahsoka Tano is a challenging character to discuss because she appeared in a lot of episodes of the Clone Wars and Rebels after making her animated television debut in Star Wars. A release of Ahsoka is scheduled for August, so there isn’t much time to catch up.
We’ve put together a list of the top 10 Clone Wars and Rebels episodes to see before Ahsoka makes her Disney Plus debut. even a couple of optional, but included, bonus episodes for when you want to delve even further.
The Clone Wars, in order, are the ideal place to start. Some of the Cloen Wars with season and episode numbers are listed below:
●The Clone Wars, season 5, episode 20: “The Wrong Jedi”
Ahsoka is falsely accused of blowing up the Jedi Temple in this episode, which concludes a four-part arc. The Jedi Council ignores Ahsoka as she is placed on trial by Admiral Tarkin and given the death penalty for a crime she did not commit. Her experience causes her to lose confidence in the Jedi Order to such an extent that it alters her future forever. Additionally, this episode highlights her relationship with her former master, Anakin Skywalker. After this episode, Snips and Skyguy were never quite the same.

●The Clone Wars season 7, episodes 9–12: The Siege of Mandalore arc
With the exception of a Force vision at the end of season 6, Ahsoka is completely missing from The Clone Wars after the season 5 finale until season 7, which was released in 2020 as a Disney Plus exclusive. The key Ahsoka episodes to watch make up the Siege of Mandalore arc, although she is reintroduced in a plot that has her journeying with two sisters.
Bo-Katan Kryze enlists Ahsoka’s assistance in these episodes to challenge Darth Maul, who is in charge of Mandalore. While Maul repeatedly warns that the Republic and the Jedi are on the verge of extinction, Ahsoka ultimately engages the Sith Lord in a titanic lightsaber duel. In the Star Wars universe, these episodes air simultaneously with Revenge of the Sith.
If you want to know more deeply, then you can follow the Rebels episodes. They are mentioned below:
●Rebels season 1, episode 15: “Fire Across the Galaxy”
The Ghost crew engages in direct combat with the Empire in the final episode of Rebels season 1, “Fire Across the Galaxy,” when they face off against the Grand Inquisitor.
Even though Ahsoka, our favourite former Jedi, doesn’t appear much in this episode, she still has a significant role to play in the Rebels season 1 finale. In this chapter, we learn more about Ahsoka’s involvement with the Rebellion and get a hint as to what she’s been up to since the demise of the Jedi and the advent of the Empire.

●Rebels season 2, episode 18: “Shroud of Darkness”
Ahsoka informs Ezra Bridger in “Shroud of Darkness” about Anakin Skywalker; Ezra has been practising under a hologram of Ahsoka’s former master. Kanan Jarrus and Ezra benefit from Ahsoka’s recollections of the storied Jedi, which aid them in their search for a Rebel base. Another crucial episode for understanding Ahsoka and Anakin’s bond is this one. At this point, Ahsoka is unaware that her former master has evolved into the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
Episodes 1, 5, and 6 of Tales of the Jedi are also excellent choices. Although they are not necessary to Ahsoka’s story, they do provide more information about her early years, her training with Anakin, and her activities following Order 66. And they’re really, really good.
We advise watching The Clone Wars movie if you are familiar with the basics and still want more. If you want to see how it all started, this movie depicts Ahsoka’s first encounter with Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
