In the fourth season finale of The Kardashians, Kourtney and Travis Barker’s June 2017 gender reveal party was shown. It was Kourtney’s pregnancy. Rocky Thirteen Barker, the four-month-old son of Lemme founder and Blink-182 drummer, was ushered into the world on November 1, a few weeks prior to the episode’s airing.
