The heartwarming Canadian drama Sullivan’s Crossing continues to capture fans with its blend of small-town charm, heartfelt relationships, and stunning Nova Scotia scenery. After the dramatic twists of season 3, excitement is building for the upcoming fourth season. Here’s everything known so far about what comes next for Maggie, Cal, Sully, and the rest of the Timberlake community.
Sullivan’s Crossing Season 4 Renewal and Release Date Speculation
Season 4 is officially happening CTV and The CW both renewed it mid-2025. Ten episodes again, same cozy Nova Scotia vibes. Filming started up in late 2025 and they’ve been posting sneaky behind-the-scenes stuff ever since.
Realistic guess right now (January 2026): we’re probably looking at April–June 2026 for the premiere. Season 3 dropped end of April on CTV / mid-May on CW, so same ballpark feels likely. Netflix usually follows a couple months later, but with how fast this show is climbing their charts they might push it quicker this time.
Sullivan’s Crossing Season 4 Cast Updates
- Morgan Kohan → Maggie (still the queen of emotional whiplash)
- Chad Michael Murray → Cal (please let this man finally catch a break)
- Scott Patterson → Sully (grumpy dad energy forever)
- Tom Jackson & Andrea Menard → Frank & Edna (the heart and soul)
- Sydney (Lindura), Rafe (Dakota Taylor), Lola (Amalia Williamson), Rob (Reid Price) → all expected back in big ways
Biggest news though: Marcus Rosner as Liam is now series regular. Yeah… that plot bomb from the finale is not going anywhere. They doubled down.
They also added four new series regulars for season 4: Fuad Ahmed, Jonathan Silverman, Colby Frost, and Emerson MacNeil. No one’s spilling who they’re playing yet, but it smells like fresh blood, new love interests, maybe a new doctor in town, or someone connected to Maggie’s Boston past. We’ll see.
Sullivan’s Crossing Season 4 Potential Plot
Maggie has some serious explaining to do. Cal’s face when Liam said “husband” is burned into my brain forever. That man looked like he got hit by a truck.
So yeah… expect a messy love triangle (or quadrangle?), lots of yelling, probably some running away into the woods, classic Sullivan’s Crossing healing moments, and then 47 seconds of actual happiness before the next crisis.
The books still have some material left, but the show loves throwing in its own drama, so don’t expect a straight adaptation.
