Stranger Things fame Eddie Munson has got his origin story in the upcoming novel Stranger Things: Flight of Icarus. The fan favorite character Eddie Munson is going to appear on screen again. In Stranger Things 4 Eddie Munson was a character who played with oodles of charm by Joseph Quinn, sadly met his end on the Netflix series which was loved by the mass. But the outcome which was to some extent predictable wasn’t really appreciated by the audience. Many fans even filed petition to bring Eddie back.
Although Eddie has not returned on Stranger Things but Eddie will be seen on screen in a different appearance as he has got an origin story novel, Flight Of Icarus which is written by author Caitlin Schneiderhan who is also of the show’s fifth season. The era that the story belongs to is 1984, two years before the Stranger Things Season 4 and deals with some of Eddie’s pre Stranger Things Shenanigans, including his effort to make a name with his band Corroded Coffin. Flight of Icarus is all set to be released on October 31 and is being published by Penguin Random House. The plot details hints towards Eddie who will most likely pursue musical career how which will cost him a lot. In order to pay for his dream, Eddie will be forced to join his father’s dubious schemes.
