The seventh season of CBS’s hit action procedural series S.W.A.T. was supposed to end, but the network decided to continue it for another season. The final season of S.W.A.T. starring Shemar Moore and his squad has an official debut date set by CBS.
CBS confirmed that Season 8 will be the final season and that it will debut on Friday, October 18, from 8 to 9 p.m.

S.W.A.T. season 8 plot
