The first trailer for Peter Pan and Wendy, the newest Disney movie, was recently released. The J.M. Barrie novel and 1953 animated hit’s famous story is given a fresh spin in the first teaser for Disney+’s upcoming live-action Peter Pan & Wendy, and it looks great.
The film, which will be released in April of this year, stars Ever Anderson as Wendy and Alexander Molony as Peter.
The film has been in development for a while, but yesterday’s trailer gave us our first glimpse at Neverland and the new actors.
In the trailer, Wendy (Ever Anderson), who is joined by her brothers in the magical kingdom of Neverland, is featured in the well-known plot.
She meets The Lost Boys, who are all protected by Peter Pan, the kid who never grew up, after being introduced to them. They become caught in the terrible grip of the evil Captain Hook (Jude Law) as they explore this magical land. You may anticipate the return of well-known faces, including the endearing Tinkerbell, for those who grew up with the classic and liked the 1950s animated feature. The action-drama promises a dramatic, thoughtful interpretation of the well-known book. Given that Wendy is given more screen time in the teaser than in Peter Pan, it seems like it will be more of a Wendy movie.
The film is heading straight to Disney+ from 28th April.
