The Blackpink girl squad: Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa, collaborated with Netflix for a reaction video where they shared their thoughts. Here’s a bit of the transcript:

Rose: “For me, it kind of feels like a home video”

Jennie: “I’m curious to see ourselves through other people’s eyes.”

Lisa: “They might think we’re weird kids!”

Jisoo: “But that’s us. Please accept us. It is us in our natural state, instead of the perfect dream image we usually present, and it is truly a more genuine look at our early training, and us recording together, and basically a deeper look at all of us.”

Check out their reactions! Their smiles are absolutely infectious.

The film will have footage of 79 minutes which will focus on the band’s experiences, travels, and rare behind the scene moments. Blackpink has achieved amazing things over the past few years. Last year, they were the first girl group to perform at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, a vibrant music festival in. They have also collaborated with pop culture legends Lady Gaga, Cardi B, and Selena Gomez. Their first number, “How You Like That” achieved outstanding results. It became the most viewed music video just within 24 hours of release then. Their second number, “Ice Cream,” which was interestingly co-written with Ariana Granda and featured Selena Gomez, reached #13 on Billboard top 100.

Given all of their success, we are sure that the documentary will feature a lot about their backgrounds and how they reached where they are now.
