American online streaming giant, Netflix Inc., launches its new Hindi interface.
Over the last few years, OTT platforms in India have seen a massive boom in terms of subscriptions. This could be heavily attributed to adding Indian, local and regional content to their content libraries. Netflix India, however, has taken this a step further. They have launched their new Hindi interface to make Netflix more accessible to the Indian audiences.
Netflix is not the only global tech company embracing Indian languages. Both Google and Facebook have also expressed their support to their non-English speaking users by opening up their services in various Indian languages, including Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Hindi and so on.
HOW CAN YOU ACCESS THE NEW HINDI INTERFACE?
- Open your Netflix account.
- Click on Manage Profiles.
- You can select your desired language from the Language tab.
