The legendary CBS series “NCIS” is set to come back for a 22nd season. On Monday, October 14, from 8:00 to 9:00 PM ET/PT, the season will premiere. The program will return to its usual timeslot on Monday, October 21 from 9:00 to 10:00 PM ET/PT after the release.
