Recently, Richa Chadha shared her thoughts on Instagram and appreciated the team of Mirzapur. She said that when Mirzapur released, everybody said that Ali Fazal was a revelation. Ali Fazal was always seen in softer roles and such a huge transformation has impressed everybody.
She says, “To become unrecognisable from one part to the next. My Hollywoodia Bollywoodia does that quite well! He can be chilling with Dame Dench with ease while competing to become Mr. Poorvachal.”
She congratulates the team of Mirzapur 2 and tells people that they’ll be surprised again. Mirzapur Season 2 will premiere on the streaming platform on 23rd October 2020. The Indian Express reported that “The makers of the web series revealed its release date via a teaser, which hints that Mirzapur 2 is going to be bigger and better.”
