ALT Balaji is celebrating its 5-year completion and on this occasion, ALT Balaji’s owner Ekta Kapoor celebrates this auspicious day by throwing a grand celebration on her most popular OTT show Lock Upp’s set. The celebration also includes several popular faces of ALT Balaji and many tasks for the show’s contestants.
Kangana Ranaut gave contestants on the reality programme Lock Upp a sneak peek of her upcoming film ‘Dhaakad’ by displaying its teaser.
Actually, Kangana wanted to make sure that all contestants must saw the teaser for her upcoming film because they don’t have internet access or television.
Not only that but one of the contestants, Anjali, was requested to become the “Dhaakad spy” as part of the show’s “daring baazi” portion, which required her to reveal information about her own acquaintances to demonstrate her bravery.
Queen Kangana later said about the film on why she wanted to show its teaser to them. She said, “I play the role of Agent Agni in Dhaakad who is bold, fiery and brave. The contestants of Lock Upp too have impressed me with their fearlessness and they truly deserve to be called Dhaakad.”
She later added, “The show is the ideal platform for me to showcase the teaser of my upcoming film. I am excited for the contestants to see the teaser. It`s the kind of film that will set new benchmarks in every department of filmmaking.”
Dhaakad is a film directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai and produced by Deepak Mukut and Sohel Maklai. It will be released on May 20 by Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd in partnership with Kamal Mukut, Sohel Maklai Productions, and Asylum Films.
