The reality programme ‘Lock Upp’ has become the first OTT reality show that is making lots of headlines every day and became a talk of the town in just 6 weeks. The show has gone popular majorly because of the appearances of jailor Karan Kundrra and host Kangana Ranaut. But let’s not underestimate our controversial inmates as they also play an important part in making this show a major hit.
The Lock Upp is also renowned for its twists and surprises, which include secret unveilings and the revelation of new tasks. The program’s producers came up with a new concept last week’s Arena session to enhance the show’s viewership. As per this concept, now the spectators will become a part of the show with the debut of the ‘Appeal Box,’ which will provide them with decision-making authority over the contestants’ requirements. It’s a novel premise that’s never been employed in a reality programme before, but as we all know, that’s how ‘Lock Upp’ stands out different.
