The rules have been issued by the central government, and the rules are showcased inside the Lock Upp jail too. The rules issued by the Centre say that the biometrics of the prisoners would be collected. Shivam says that, “toh galat kya hai ismei, biometrics scan hi toh le rahe hai kya dikkat hai ismei,?” He also says that the biometrics scan is very useful to know about yourself and your identity. Through this biometrics scan your identity can be scanned and whatever you have done in the past can be seen.
He even says that this biometrics system is very useful and even if your passport’s date gets over through this Biometrics the government will get to know everything about you. With that, he praises the decision of the government and says it’s perfectly alright whatever the government has done. He further says to Vinit that this biometric system is very useful to catch and know about the prisoners. Even if you have done a fraud case then also you will get caught. He completely agrees with the decision and appreciates it a lot.
