Jiya Shankar has been named the new captain of BiggBoss OTT season 2 following her performance in the Buzzer Task.
Bigg Boss arrived and assigned another task to the contestants by saying SATTA PALAT. Housemates, in particular, must push the buzzer and then toss the Dummy of the person in the ballot who they do not want to be captain. Jad Hadid has been designated as Sanchalak. Abhishek Malhan was given three opportunities in a row and denied Bebika, Falaq, and Cyrus of becoming captain. When Avinash had the opportunity, he hurriedly dethroned Abhishek Malhan for the next captaincy competition by declaring, “satta palat.”

Avinash Sachdev pressed the last buzzer. Shockingly! He fired Pooja Bhatt’s dummy and appointed Jiya Shankar as the new captain. He demonstrated his friendship by his actions. Jiya took her time and ended up in a dangerous scenario. However, Jiya rescued herself by nominating Pooja Bhatt instead.
