The second season trailer for Marvel’s I Am Groot miniseries is available now. On this day, National Tree Day in the US, the caravan was made public.
The 30-second video depicts Baby Groot having fun and getting into mischief as he explores the galaxy. “The troublemaking twig returns to mischief in the second season of I Am Groot.
The Marvel description reads, “This time, Baby Groot finds himself travelling the universe and beyond onboard the Guardians’ spacecraft, coming nose-to-nose with fresh and colourful animals and surroundings.
The Watcher, who was first mentioned in Marvel’s What If…?, is also briefly seen in the trailer watching Groot’s journey. The voice of Groot will once again be provided by Vin Diesel, and the second season’s five episodes will be directed by writer-director Kirsten Lepore.
I Am Groot’s second season debuts on Disney+ on September 6.
