Max, a revamped streaming service, was unveiled by Warner Bros. Discovery today and will make its American premiere on May 23.

Max offers a wide range of kid-friendly content in addition to HBO Originals, Warner Bros. movies, Max Originals, the DC universe, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and the best-in-class food, home, reality, lifestyle, and documentaries from renowned outlets like HGTV, Food Network, Discovery Channel, TLC, ID, and more.

Max will set itself apart from other streamers by providing amazing value while fusing unparalleled breadth and exceptional quality with enduring franchises and sound product understanding.

On this occasion, the Max debut campaign, which launches tomorrow and celebrates the numerous fandoms, moods, and genres that make up Max viewers, was previewed. The promotion will invite new members to take advantage of Max’s improved product experience and extend content for the entire home.

According to JB Perrette, President & CEO of Global Streaming & Games, Warner Bros. Discovery, Max will offer an unrivalled selection of alternatives. “Max will offer an unmatched range of choice,” he continued, “from the biggest superheroes to real-life champions; from culture-shaping dramas to taste-shaping entertainment; from fantastical realms to the most real of worlds.

Three different price points will be available from Max, allowing customers to choose the one that best suits their household’s needs.

Max will be available to current HBO Max members at the same price as their subscription to HBO Max. Additionally, for a minimum of six months after the introduction, HBO Max users will continue to have access to the benefits of their current subscription.

The profiles, preferences, viewing history, “Continue Watching,” and “My List” items of HBO Max customers will also be transferred over, allowing them to resume streaming where they left off.
