A new fiction program will be airing on Apple Tv called Dark Matter, the program is sci-fi created and written by Blake Crouch. The program is based on Blake’s book Dark Matter.
Dark Matter Season 1 Plot:
A self-aware scientist in Chicago is the subject of a future television program. He is married and has children, he comes across as an ordinary person to others around him. But one day he is abducted and taken to a strange location that appears to be familiar. He gets distorted into a different version of his life and must defend himself and his loved ones from these alternate realities. The book version of the program is less focused on other topics and more focused on Jason’s Journey of self- discovery. However, Apple Tv has announced that the future program would focus more on paths less travelled.
Dark Matter Season 1 Cast:
The lead role is Jason Dessen who is played by actor Joel Edgerton, he is scientist who gets abducted and dragged into the woods. Joel Edgerton has appeared in various other shows including Star Wars, Obi- Wan Kenobi, Zero Dark Thirty, It Comes at Night, The Green Knight and many other. He will be appearing with Jennifer Connelly, who will be playing the role of Jason’s wife Daniela. Jennifer has appeared in TV Shows like Snowpiercer, Labyrinth, Requiem for a Dream, and A Beautiful Mind. Other actors of the program include Jimmi Simpson as Ryan, Amanda Brugel as Blair, Amanda Fegley as Charlie, Dayo Okeniyi as Leighton, Alice Brag as Amanda, and Oakes Fegley as Charlie.
