Bridgerton Season 3’s filming has come to an end but is yet to announce. It’s likely that Netflix isn’t likely to pay attention on Bridgeton Season 3 as of now as the spin-off Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story was released recently. There were speculation that the filming has been paused for some time as the producer, Rhimes was unhappy with the plot construction being too gloomy for the season. Although these are denied by Netflix. Netflix has also said that the release date for season 3 is still on schedule.
The story revolves around a close-knit and powerful, Bridgerton family of eight sibling residing in the Regency era. The show portrays one’s quest for love and the hardship to make it accepted in the contemporary society. The eight siblings are named as Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Francesca, Gregory and Hyacinth.
The first season focused on the romantic journey of Daphne Bridgerton and Simon, the Duke of Hastings. In second season we get to witnessed the acceptance of proposal between Anthony and Kate, later the duo got engaged.
As per the reports season 3 will be focusing on Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington’s love story and depiction of the romantic relationship between Anthony and Kate. Some cast will continue in season 3 although some will not be seen in this season.
Bridgerton Season 3 release date update
The release date is yet to be disclosed but we can expect it to be on air by the end of this year or beginning of next year.
