The “The Chosen” series’ creator, director, and executive producer, Dallas Jenkins, has revealed how viewers can see the final two episodes of Season 3. Following the release of Episode 6, Jenkins made the news on Sunday during a livestream on YouTube.

Episodes 7 and 8 of Season 3 will premiere on Thursday, February 2 and Friday, February 3 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time before being made accessible on the free show app. “This is not a traditional release,” Jenkins said. “This is special-event cinema.”

On Sunday, February 5, at 5 p.m. MST, Episode 7 will be accessible via the show’s app. On Tuesday, February 7 at 7 p.m. MST, Episode 8 will be accessible via the show’s app. In November, the first two episodes of Season 3 were released in theatres and brought in more than $8 million. The choice to distribute the final two episodes in theatres was influenced by that success.

Dallas Jenkins stated, “Because of the success of Episodes 1 and 2, because of the success of the Christmas special last year, theatres are saying, ‘We want ‘The Chosen’ in our theatre,’” he said in the video livestream. “The theatres are demanding it, and you (fans) are demanding it … and the episodes (scope of the story) demand it.”

He further went to say, “These episodes are big,” he said. “If you can see it in theatres, do it.” A television show called “The Chosen” portrays the story of Jesus Christ. Jesus and the feeding of the 5,000 are both depicted in the final two episodes. Jenkins added that the plot would contain “crowd-erupt moments” and “a little bit of a twist.”
