Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar finally got married after waiting a few years on 19th February at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s farmhouse in Khandala. The theme of their wedding was pastels and whites. The couple opted for a vow-taking ceremony and did not follow the usual ceremonies, both wrote vows for one another and recited them in front of their family and friends.
The couple is having their court ceremony today and later this month there might be a reception ceremony as only close friends and family was invited to the couple vow taking ceremony on the 19th of February.
The couple entered their wedding with the ‘Sooraj KI Baahon Mein’ from the actor’s movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, Javed Akhtar too recited a poem for the happy couple wishing them all the best for their future together.
