The song is created by Tanishk Bagchi and Raghav. While Asees Kaur has also contributed to some verses in the song. Lyrics are crafted by Bagchi.

Before the song’s release, two other tracks have also been revealed from the film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya: An Impossible Love Story. The first song was Laal Peeli Akhiyaan, which is a high-octane parry song and features Shahid and Kirit grooving to the energetic track.
The second song is Akhiyaan Gulaab, which is a romantic track sung and penned down by Mitraz. The song captures the true essence of love and compassion between Kriti and Shahid.
Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya follows the story of Aryan, who falls in love with Sifra, a human robot. As Aryan introduces her to his family, the film takes an interesting turn.
