SUPER JUNIOR released their much-anticipated special single album ‘The Road: Winter for Spring’ on February 28 KST, with ‘Callin” as its title track. The album instantly hit numerous iTunes charts across the world following its global release.
‘The Road: Winter for Spring’ debuted at number 3 on the global iTunes album chart and number 10 on the European iTunes album list.
However, as of March 1 KST, the album had topped iTunes top album rankings in 20 countries, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, and others.
Similarly, ‘Callin’,’ the album’s title track who debuted at number 26 on the global iTunes song list, also charted at number one in Indonesia, Macau, Paraguay, the Philippines, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. The track also charted in the Top 5 on iTunes in Argentina, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Chile, Taiwan, and other countries.
The b-side tune ‘Analogue Radio’ debuted at number 56 on the global iTunes music list.
‘The Road: Winter for Spring’ came after SUPER JUNIOR’s regular 10th album, ‘The Renaissance,’ which was released in March of last year.
This special single features Siwon, Leeteuk, Ryeowook, Donghae, Heechul, Yesung, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk, and Shindong from SUPER JUNIOR. The group’s fame and triumphs have solidified them as all-around performers, with all of the members branching out into hosting, presenting, and acting.
