The single, Fihall was released in November 2019 starring Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon. The music video was a hit and marked the screen debut of Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur and Akshay’s debut in the music video. The single had won many hearts and the follow-up for the same will be released on July 6.
Akshay created a buzz on social media as he shared the first look of the song and adding to the excitement of the audience, the makers have unveiled the teaser today as Akshay shares it on his social media handle.
In the teaser, Nupur is seen dressed as a bride while a heartbroken Akshay can be seen dancing as he celebrates her wedding dressed in a green kurta along with a black shawl. Akshay captioned the post as, “Filhaal se Mohabbat karne ka samay kareeb aa raha hai…Filhaal 2 – Mohabbat Song releasing on 6th July until then enjoy the teaser.”
Meanwhile, Nupur also shared the teaser on her Instagram handle and wrote, “Chaliye dikha detein hain aapko humari ‘MOHABBAT’ ki ek jhalak!!”
The description of the song read, “If ‘Filhall’ touched your heart, ‘Filhaal 2 – Mohabbat’ will touch your soul. The pain of a selfless yet incomplete love story continues with ‘Filhaal 2 – Mohabbat’, a romantic ballad that reinstates the fact, true love never dies and if it does, it was never meant to be.”
Filhaal 2: Mohobbat is directed by Arvindr Khaira and the lyrics are written by Jaani. The vocals of the song are given by B-Praak. Ammy Virk will also be a part of the music video.
