To manage the overwhelming demand, BookMyShow has implemented a virtual waiting room system, which opens at 3 pm, an hour before ticket sales commence. However, being in the waiting room early does not guarantee a ticket or a better queue position. Once sales start, users in the waiting room will be assigned a random spot in the queue.
