Loyalty
Apple Music now tracks the artists you’ve consistently listened to year after year, showcasing your long-term favourites.
Comebacks
A new highlight that shows which artists made a return to your playlists after a break — perfect for spotting nostalgic throwbacks or renewed music phases.

Artist Metrics: What’s New for Creators
Artists on Apple Music receive new analytics tools as well. Metrics like listenership growth, year-over-year performance stats, and engagement summaries provide deeper insight into fan behaviour. As in previous years, artists also get data on total listeners, countries, cities, and minutes streamed.

Apple also revealed the top-performing tracks of the year. Leading the global chart is “APT.” by ROSÉ and Bruno Mars, which took the No.1 spot on Apple Music in 2025.
