Superstar Akshay Kumar took to his social media handle to share the first look of the song Filhaal 2 as he announced the teaser for the song will be out soon and took the internet by storm. Recalling the time when Nupur Sanon and Akshay Kumar had collaborated for B Praak’s song ‘Filhall’ and it went on to become a huge hit among the viewers. Reportedly, it even became the most liked Indian song on YouTube with over 5.8 million views in just two months of its release. Given the success of the song, the makers had decided to make a sequel and announced the same last year. Now, the wait is about to get over as the first look unveils.
Akshay Kumar took to his Instagram handle and shared the poster of the forthcoming song featuring him and Nupur on a bike. In the poster, Nupur can be seen hugging Akshay from behind as he rides a bike.
Akshay shared the poster and wrote, “And the pain continues… If Filhall touched your heart, Filhaal 2 – Mohabbat will touch your soul. Here’s the first look. Stay tuned, teaser releasing on 30th June!”
Talking about the song, just like ‘Fihall’, ‘Filhaal 2 Mohabbat’ is also written by popular Punjabi lyricist B Praak. Jani and is directed by Arvindr Khaira. The song marks Akshay’s second collaboration with Nupur. While the hit song ‘Filhall’ marked Akshay’s debut in independent music video space it also marked Nupur, actress Kriti Sanon’s younger sister’s screen debut.
Meanwhile, Akshay and begun shooting for his new project Raksha Bandhan directed by Anand L Rai.
