Ayalaan movie is going to make its release on the big screens this Diwali. The main lead of the film, Sivakarthikeyan revealed the first look of his upcoming movie through an Instagram post. He captioned it by writing, “Let’s fly high this diwali! #AyalaanFromDiwali2023 #Ayalaan”
The film is made under the direction of R. Ravikumar and produced by Kotapadi J. Rajesh under the banner of KRJ Studios. The cast includes Sivakarthikeyan, Rakul Preet Singh, Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanupriya, Yogi Babu, Karuna Karan and Bala Saravanan in pivotal roles.
It is a science fiction comedy-drama revolving around an alien who comes to planet Earth accidentally. In his quest for going back to his home, he comes across Raghu and from then the story will take a drastic change which will lead them on a ferocious journey ahead.

While being interviewed regarding the movie, the producer Kotapadi said, “We are excited to announce that our passion project – AYALAAN will have its worldwide theatrical release for Diwali 2023. We’ve poured our heart and soul into this film & we hit many many roadblocks through the process. After all these hurdles, we’re ecstatic to reveal the release date of our movie.”
The film was initially announced by the makers on the 16th of October 2016. Since then the movie has faced certain delays and after finally being in the production stage for almost a year, it will make its big screen appearance this Diwali.
