
Fighter is doing wonders at the box office and has attained a Rs 300 crore benchmark globally. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the film has its theatrical release on the 25th of January. The film features Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Karan Singh Grover, Anil Kapoor and Akshay Oberoi in key roles.
The action entertainer is receiving high-scale appreciation from the film and is buzzing on the internet. Apart from its widespread applause, Fighter has also been landed into legal problems. A few days ago, legal notice was given by IAF officer Saumya Deep Das for the portrayal of intimate scenes in the movie. Though the concern was majorly on doing such acts in the military uniform, that was seen as disrespectful.
Now, according to a recent report, it has come to light that the makers of the film has already received an NOC or a no objection certificate. In an interview by ETimes, Siddharth Anand was being asked about the ongoing Fiasco. He replied by stating that the film is in complete conjunction with the IAF. , “I am glad to answer this question. This film is in complete conjunction with the IAF.
He further stated “IAF has been a co-collaborator on the film and has been a huge associate partner of our film. This film has gone through meticulous procedures with the IAF. Right from the submission of the script to the production planning viewing of the film, before the censor saw the film at the censor board watching it again with the IAF, reviewing the film after the sensor and then giving as a physical copy of the NOC the no objection certificate after that we got the censor certificate. Then we show the film to everyone in the Air force including the Air force chief Mr Chaudhary 100 Air force marshalls in the country we called them and hosted the screening for them one day before the since release in Delhi and they gave us a standing ovation.”
Fighter is also being banned from releasing in Gulf countries as the portrayal of a certain religion in the movie has caused a grave problem. Despite this, the movie is getting worldwide acclaim and has earned a massive profit.
