Satyameva Jayate was a big success for John Abraham; its action scenes were appreciated by both the fans and critiques. And before lockdown, John Abraham has already announced the sequel of the film, but what he didn’t announce was the details of the character h would be playing in his upcoming movie.
Now, Director Milap Zaveri recently opened up on the film and John’s character in the movie. Talking to Mumbai Mirror, he said, John’s character will be inspired by the Hulk of the Avengers.
Speaking on the film, the director said that while the first instalment saw two brothers fighting corruption in their style, this one would see John in a larger than life avatar.
According to him, John Abraham would have superhero qualities like that of the Hulk from Avengers series.
Recently John had given the hint about his upcoming character. He had posted a picture where he was looking like Hulk, he had captioned, “benchmark set by @milapzaveri. Work cut out for me during this break.”
The film was set to go on floors but due to lockdown, it postponed, however, it didn’t deter the director; because according to him losses are much higher when shoots are halted mid-way.
Apart from this, John will also be seen in ‘Attack’ co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez. He has also been roped in for Mohit Suri’s ‘Ek Villain 2’ which will also star Aditya Roy Kapur, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani in lead roles.
