Aayush Sharma‘s Hindi remake of a Marathi film named ‘Mulshi Pattern’ is going to be one of the greatest action drama on-screen. Titled as ‘Guns of North’ the film now is going to be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and not Abhiraj Minawala. As per a report by Mumbai Mirror, actor Salman Khan who was also speculated to be a part of the film playing a character of a Sikh cop, has stepped down from the film.

The report also suggests that Mahesh Manjrekar had himself suggested about the concept of the movie to Salman where in its Marathi version Manjrekar himself had played a role. A source revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “But during the final narration last month, both Salman and his team acknowledged that reworking the script had taken away the essence of the Marathi film, which was a rustic gangster drama set in the heartland. And it was decided that he would drop out as an actor from the film and they would stick to the original script.”
