Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan have been an iconic pair who have given us many superhit movies from ‘Maine Pyaar Kyu Kiya’ to ‘Bharat.’ But the audience loved them the most in the ‘Tiger’ series where they played Tiger and Zoya respectively. This franchise is produced by Yash Raj Films.
Reportedly, it is rumoured that Katrina and Salman will star in another movie together. The duo might return for the third film of the Tiger series after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai.’ The next one would be called Tiger 3. Maneesh Sharma, director of ‘Band Baaja Baarat’ and ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl could direct the movie.
As per Pinkvilla, a trade source has confirmed the news of Tiger 3. The project is supposed to be larger than life and can be expected to go on floors next year. The viewers are excited about how different the plot and action will get in this instalment.
The first film of the franchise ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ was directed by Kabir Khan who also did movies like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Tubelight’ with Salman. The second instalment ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar who brought back the Salman-Katrina pair in his next film ‘Bharat’ in 2019.
On the work front, Salman has ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ with Disha Patani and ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ with Pooja Hegde. Whereas Katrina has ‘Sooryavanshi’ opposite Akshay Kumar, ‘Phone Bhoot’ with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
