Instagram Prabhas’s upcoming film Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire is all set to hit the theatres on the 22nd of December. Ahead of the movie’s release, the makers revealed the official trailer of the movie, spiking the audience’s curiosity. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film revolves around Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles.
The trailer reveals many such interesting insights from the plot. It is based on the life of two childhood friends, who turn into enemies in the horrifying realm of Khansaar.
Salaar marks the first-ever collaboration of the KGF director Prashanth Neel and Bahubali star Prabhas. The film also stars Shruti Hassan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, Tinu Anand, Eshwari Rao, Sriya Reddy and Garuda Ram in the key roles.
The upcoming action-thriller is produced by Vijay Kindgandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The film is slated to release on the 22nd of December in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi language.
Prabhas has earlier released a statement saying that Salaar is filled with action-packed scenes. The movie will explore the intense emotions the characters encounter. It will be the first time the audience will witness Prabhas doing such a role. And even he is excited to see his fan’s reaction.
Salaar is going to have a steaming face-off with SRK starrer Dunki. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani in key roles.
