Fans! Varun Tej and Manushi Chhillar are teaming up for the film ‘Operation Valentine’, which promises to be a thrilling cinematic experience. This bilingual film combines Telugu and Hindi, and the trailer was recently released. It is directed by ad guru Shakti Pratap Singh Hada. This film is based on genuine events and promises an adrenaline-fueled flying trip like never before.
The teaser lasts 2 minutes and 42 seconds and introduces Varun Tej’s character, Rudra, who plays a pilot and is distinguished by his rejection of instructions and a trail of wounds from his difficult trip. Manushi Chhillar plays Sonal, Rudra’s lover and a radar officer who is concerned about his daring tendencies.
Their relationship dynamics are entwined with Rudra’s questions about the nation’s response to terrorism, placing us on a dramatic cliffhanger.
In addition to the protagonists, the trailer reveals secondary characters played by Navdeep, Ali Reza, and Ruhani Sharma, all of whom are Indian Air Force pilots. Their companionship shows the importance of cooperation and teamwork in dealing with the challenges ahead.
However, Varun Tej clarifies that ‘Operation Valentine’ focuses on the personal lives of Air Force officers rather than praising specific actions such as the Balakot airstrike. He emphasises that the film’s goal is to honour the officers’ dedication and sacrifices while not presenting any country or individual negatively. The film will be released on March 1, 2024.
