Veteran actor Nana Patekar is gearing up for his upcoming movie, Vanvaas, directed by Gadar 2 director Anil Sharma. Recently, there were rumors that Nana has been approached to play villain in Gadar 3 opposite Sunny Deol. However, the veteran actor has now reacted to the news and said that the story shall unfold with his character being from another world, while Sunny’s character from another.
Nana was recently asked about the rumors of Gadar 3 in a recent interview with The Lallantop, wherein he hinted that if he were to play villain opposite Sunny, it would not make sense for the actor to beat him up. The plot of the movie must be set on the premise that they both are coming from different worlds. He added that they could sort this out later, as nothing has been confirmed yet, but he has already spoken to Anil.
Earlier, the director had revealed, during an interview with the same portal, regarding the possibility of Nana joining Gadar 3. Upon being asked if he had considered bringing a senior actor on board, Anil replied that he has already approached Nana, and described him as fantastic addition.
