Master, starring Vijay-Vijay Sethupathi which was released on 13th January, 2021, is all set to rise the benchmarks of this year. Just leaping into the third week, and it has already managed to make a golden strike at the Box Office. By far it has collected a revenue of 240+ crores, continuing the same pace it is expected to touch the 300 crores mark by the end of third week.
According to media sources Master is crouching to become the biggest opening Tamil film to date. The film particularly in Tamil Nadu has collected a revenue of over 129 crores. The makers and producers of Master are already expecting the film to hit a double blockbuster at the box office, which indirectly means a double profit for the producers.
In an interview with the media, Vijay Sethupathi has open heartedly praised Vijay for the blockbuster success of the film. Vijay Sethupathi thanked Vijay for giving equal space for him and other actors in the film.
The film has premiered on January 29,2021 on Amazon Prime video for enthusiastic fans who could not visit the theatres due to COVID-19 restrictions. However this approach is not welcomed by theatre owners as they won’t be able to earn any share of profit from the film anymore.
The film is Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Xavier Britto, the Master blockbuster also stars Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das, Poovaiyar and Shanthanu Bhagyaraj in important roles.
The film has managed to gain a gigantic attention from audience and critics, and fans too are jolly happy to express their views on the social media platforms.
