
Vicky Kaushal recently addressed the rumors of his upcoming movie Love & War being a blend of classic films Sangam and Pearl Harbor. Upon being asked in an interview if the movie is mix of these two films, the Chhaava actor politely declined to comment. He explained that director Sanjay Leela Bhansali would be the right person to share such details about the film.
During an interview with Anupama Chopra for The Hollywood Reporter India, the actor described Love & War as a “quintessential love story for the ages.” Sharing his excitement over working with Bhansali, Vicky called it an incredible learning experience.
The movie shall also feature Ranbir Kapoor, who has earlier worked with Bhansali during his debut movie, Saawariya, and Alia Bhatt, who has earlier collaborated with the celebrated filmmaker for Gangubai Kathiawadi. This movie shall mark first collab between Bhansali and Vicky.
Meanwhile, Vicky is currently enjoying the success of his recently released Chhaava, wherein he plays the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The movie, which is helmed by Laxman Utekar also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna.
The movie has been on spree at the box office, as it has broken several records. It has entered Rs. 200 crore club on worldwide level.
