Kunal to work in his first film as a director, Madgaon Express, which is produced by Excel Entertainment, a company run by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Kunal Kemmu announced his upcoming directorial project on the auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi and revealed the name of the film Madgaon Express.

In addition, Kunal Kemmu shared a video of himself visiting a Ganpati pandal at a nearby temple to celebrate Ganesh Chathurthi with his wife Soha Ali Khan and daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. On Instagram, he expressed his best wishes to his fans and followers, saying, ‘Wishing everyone a Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. May lord Ganesha bring happiness peace and light into all your lives.
