Karan Johar released the trailer for his upcoming film Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani on July 4.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is a family drama film in Hindi. Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan have joined forces for a lavish Karan Johar project.
Karan Johar tweeted this photo of Rani Mukerji a few days ago. Rani is also the name of Alia’s character in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. It remains to be seen whether Rani would appear in Karan’s upcoming film.
Dharmendra released a behind-the-scenes photo from the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani sets last month. In the film, the veteran actor plays Rocky’s (Ranveer Singh) granddad.
Shah Rukh Khan had praised the film teaser. He had written on Instagram, “Wow @karanjohar 25 years as a filmmaker. You’ve come a long way baby!! Your father and my friend Tom uncle (Yash Johar) must be seeing this from heaven and feeling extremely happy and proud.
