
Director Lokesh Kanagaraj shared the first-look poster of the forthcoming movie ‘Vikram’ on Saturday, July 10. The poster marks the appearance of actors Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil and Kamal Haasan in a monochrome close-up shot. The actor’s embraced a rocky and fierce look in the poster. Sharing the first-look poster, Lokesh quoted it with the lyric ‘Vikram Vikram’, which was also the title song of actor Kamal Haasan’s Tamil movie of the same name in 1986.

Earlier, In November 2020, the makers released a title teaser, which reflected that the movie could be an action-thriller. While Vijay Sethupathi was initially seen in the ‘Master’, audiences are eagerly waitin to watch him act along with Kamal Haasan. The movie will have music by Anirudh Ravichander, and is being produced by Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI). Vikram was also the title of a 1986 action adventure movie helmed by Rajasekhar, featuring Kamal Haasan and Sathyaraj.
Cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan, was deemed to hold the camera for ‘Vikram’ but due to clashing schedules with his other film the role is now officially given to Girish Gangadharan and now he will be the cameraman for the most awaited action-thriller movie.
