The poster for the upcoming film “8 A.M. Metro” was recently unveiled at the Bandra home of renowned poet, playwright, and lyricist Gulzar.
The lead actors in the Raj R-directed film are Saiyami Kher and Gulshan Devaiah. The focus is on the unlikely romance between two characters who are brought together by fate. A compelling plot and a strong cast are anticipated to draw audiences to the film.
The principal actor of “8 A.M. Metro,” Gulshan Devaiah, posted a video to social media in which the legendary Gulzar can be seen revealing the movie’s poster. According to Gulshan’s post, the movie is about two strangers who are meant to meet and form a poetic bond.Raj R directed the multi-award-winning, highly regarded Telugu movie Mallesham in 2019 before this.

He was also associated with the Malayalam film Paka from 2021, which took home a prize at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).Regarding Gulzar Saab’s contribution of his poems to the film, Raj stated that it was the tale of two strangers who unintentionally run into each other in the metro and form an unusual friendship, discovering themselves and one another in the process.
Saiyami Kher plays the role of Iravati, a 29-year-old housewife from Nanded, in the film. When she must go to Hyderabad to care for her pregnant sister, who is bedridden, her life takes an unexpected turn.
She meets Preetam, a mystery banker who suffers from repeated panic attacks and is portrayed by Gulshan Devaiah. They embark on a journey together that cuts across the physical and spiritual worlds, finding comfort in one another’s company.
