The highly awaited horror-comedy film Chandramukhi 2, directed by P Vasu and featuring Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut in prominent roles, was scheduled to be released in theatres next Friday.
However, there is currently widespread speculation on social media that Chandramukhi 2 will not be released on its originally scheduled date of September 15, 2023. Instead, it’s apparently been postponed for two weeks later, on September 28, 2023. One of the circulating claims on the internet is that the production crew and studio required additional time to improve the film’s visual effects.
This delay may favour Vishal’s Mark Antony, as it is the only film scheduled for release on September 15, 2023. On the other hand, with several other films set to be released on September 28, 2023, Chandramukhi 2 may face stiff competition. However, the production team has yet to make an official announcement.
Radhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Rao Ramesh, and Mahima Nambiar are among the film’s notable actors. MM Keeravani masterfully composed the music for the film, while Lyca Productions produced it on a huge scale.
