If you are looking for a thrilling and suspenseful movie to watch this weekend, you might want to check out Love, the Tamil remake of the 2020 Malayalam film of the same name. Directed by Dhilip Kumar and produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruti Nallappa, Love stars Bharath and Vani Bhojan as a married couple who find themselves in a deadly situation after a heated argument.
The trailer of Love, which was released on July 13, gives us a glimpse of the plot and the characters. We see Bharath and Vani Bhojan as Anbu and Deepika, a couple who seem to have a lot of issues in their relationship. They are constantly fighting, accusing, and blaming each other for their problems. One night, after a particularly nasty quarrel, Anbu wakes up to find Deepika lying on the floor with blood all over her. He panics and tries to figure out what happened, but soon realizes that he is not alone in the house. There is someone else who knows the truth and is ready to expose him.
The trailer promises a gripping murder mystery that will keep the viewers on the edge of their seats. The film also boasts of a talented cast that includes R Parthiban, Suresh Menon, Raja Krishnamoorthy, and Sri Ranjani. The music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while the cinematography is done by S D Vijay Milton.
Love is set to release on July 16 on SonyLIV. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film directed by Khalid Rahman and starring Rajisha Vijayan and Shine Tom Chacko.
