Actor Akshay Kumar’s much delayed and awaited film ‘Bell Bottom’ will be released in 3D along with the 2D format. Akshay Kumar took to his Instagram to announce the news.
He wrote, “Poore feel ke saath thrill experience karna on 19th August.”

The film has been rescheduled several times in the past. Earlier, it was announced that the film will hit the theatres on April 2, which was later postponed to July 27. ‘Bell Bottom’ stars Akshay Kumar alongside Huma Qureshi, Vaani Kapoor and Lara Dutta. The film is directed by Ranjit M Tewar and is co-produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani.
Meanwhile, previously, Akshay had confirmed that the spy-thriller is not a remake but is a film that is based on a true event. On Twitter, while the actor had released the poster, one user tweeted asking if the film is the remake of a Kannada film. Akshay quickly cleared the air as he replied, “#BellBottom is not a remake of any film, it is an original screenplay inspired by true events.”

Recently, Akshay took to his Instagram to announce the release date for the film. “Mission: To Entertain you on the BIG SCREEN…Date: August 19, 2021…Announcing the arrival of #BellBottom! #BellBottomInCinemasAug19,” he captioned the post.
