After expressing his disappointment with Om Raut’s historic work “Adipurush,” a guy in Hyderabad was harassed and severely thrashed outside a theatre. Prabhas plays Lord Ram in the film, which also stars Kriti Sanon as Sita and Saif Ali Khan as Ravana. It is a retelling of the Indian legend Ramayana.
The movie “Adipurush” debuted in theatres on Friday, June 16, to much fanfare. In other regions of the country, screenings started as early as 4 am, with fans lining up outside of the venues.
A group of Prabhas supporters in Hyderabad became violent after a spectator insulted the actors and the producers of the movie, despite the fact that social media is awash with conflicting reviews of the movie.
They have kept all monsters from Playstation games in this movie, the viewer can be heard saying in a number of the scary incident films that have gone popular online. The only positive aspects of the movie are Hanuman, the soundtrack, and a few 3D scenes.
Prabhas, he continued, “was not shown properly” in Om Raut’s film “Adipurush,” and he didn’t fit the part of Lord Ram.

He made a comment that was not well received by the other audience members there, and a fight soon broke out between him and a group of Prabhas fans. The verbal conflict turned physical, and the man was assaulted and beaten up in full face of the public.
Internet users questioned the fans’ actions and berated them for not allowing the viewer to express his genuine viewpoint.
‘Adipurush’ was produced on a whopping Rs 500 crore budget, and its creators did everything in their power to ensure its box office success. The producers did everything they could to draw in as many viewers as possible, from visiting temples to reserving Lord Hanuman’s seat in theatres.
The movie “Adipurush” was originally scheduled to hit theatres in January of this year, but the release date was postponed after the producers altered the visual effects in response to the harsh trolling that occurred after the teaser’s release last year.
However, despite the delay, it appears that the filmmakers were unable to fully save the movie and its special effects, as online users are still upset with some of the visuals and scenes.
As a result, they have started the ongoing trend of #BoycottAdipurush, which is trending at the top of Twitter because online users claim that the movie has offended them.
