The actress has officially leased a premium office space in One Lodha Place, Lower Parel, from an individual named Rinku Parikshit Joshi. According to property registration documents from March 24, 2026, the total rental outgo for the five-year tenure is valued at approximately ₹2.81 Crore.

The commercial unit, which spans a carpet area of 731 sq ft, is situated in one of Mumbai’s most prestigious business hubs. The lease is set for a 60-month (5-year) tenure with a structured 5% annual escalation. In year one, Monthly rent starts at ₹4.25 Lakh. In year two, rent will increases to ₹4.46 Lakh. In year three, it will rise to ₹4.68 Lakh. Year 4 reaches ₹4.91 Lakh, and in year 5 it will conclude at ₹5.16 Lakh.

The actress paid a security deposit of ₹17 Lakh and a stamp duty of ₹72,600 to finalize the agreement, which also includes a dedicated car parking slot in the high-profile tower.

Madhuri’s move to Lower Parel follows a broader trend of Bollywood A-listers diversifying their portfolios through high-yield commercial real estate. While stars often prefer the Andheri or Oshiwara belts for production offices, Lower Parel’s status as a primary hub for top financial firms and luxury retail offers a different level of prestige and connectivity.
