As per the reports of Xportsnews, Song Joong Ki has recently finished filming his special appearance for the new tvN drama ‘Queen of Tears’.
Reacting to the reports, a representative for the show confirmed that the actor will be appearing for cameo.
The drama, which is a love story and revolves around a married couple who managed to survive crisis and stayed together against all odds, is penned by writer Park Ji Eun, who is known for Crash Landing On You, The Producers, and My Love From The Star.
Kim Soo Hyun will star as Baek Hyeon Woo, the legal director of the conglomerate Queens Group, while Kim Ji Won will play his wife Hong Hae In, the chaebol heiress known as the queen of Queen Group’s department stores.
It has been reported that Song Joong Ki’s special appearance was made possible due to his link with Kim Ji Won. The actors have previously worked together in the KBS2 drama ‘Descendants of the Sun’ and ‘Arthdal Chronicles’. In addition to that, both actors are being managed by same agency HighZium Studio since 2022.
