tvN’s Queen of Tears has shared a sneak peek into the upcoming cameo by Song Joong Ki.
The series, which is penned by writer Park Ji Eun, who is known for penning hit projects such as The Producer, Crash Landing On You, and My Love From The Star, tells the thrilling and miraculous story of a married couple who despite of all odds decides to stay together. The drama features Kim Soo Hyun as Baek Hyun Woo, the legal director of the conglomerate Queens Group, while Kim Ji Won, who plays the role of Hong Hae In, his wife, is the chaebol heiress of the Queens Group department stores and is known as the “queen.”
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Song Joong Ki, who has earlier collaborated with Kim Ji Won in Descendants of the Sun and Arthdal Chronicles, will making a special appearance, dressed in an elegant suit.

“I came in the hopes of giving strength to the drama, but instead, I think I’m the one who had more fun during filming,” stated Joong Ki, post shooting his cameo for Queen of Tears.
Meanwhile, the drama’s production team expressed gratitude towards the actor for taking out time from his busy schedule for the cameo, which “will leave a deep impression through a role that will exceed everyone’s expectations.”
