Jinny’s Kitchen has been confirmed to return with another season post gaining much popularity.
As per the reports by SPOTV News, Jinny’s Kitchen will be leaving for Iceland in mid-March to begin filming for season 2. Apart from Lee Seo Jin being casted as the lead actor, the other cast members include Park Seo Joon and are reported to be showcasing tight teamwork in season 2.
Reacting to the reports, a source from tvN confirmed, “Jinny’s Kitchen’ is filming a new season. However, for the sake of smooth filming, please understand that we cannot confirm the details. Please also check the [cast] members through the broadcast.”
The series is a spin-off of popular reality show ‘Youn’s Kitchen’ featuring a new restaurant run by Lee Seo Jin who was promoted from the director of Youn’s Kitchen to the boss of the new restaurant. The series is being helmed by producing director Na Young Suk.
The first season featured Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, BTS’s V, and Jung Yu Mi as employees at the restaurant.
